Voltage Masters stands behind its work with a written workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer coverage on parts and equipment. Protection-plan members get an extended labor warranty and a satisfaction guarantee on every visit.

Workmanship Labor Warranty
1 year standard · 3 years for members
If a fault recurs due to our workmanship, we return and make it right at no charge. Non-members are covered for one year; active protection-plan members carry a three-year labor warranty on all work performed during membership.

Parts & Equipment Warranty
Manufacturer coverage, registered for you
Breakers, panels, EV chargers, and surge devices carry their full manufacturer warranty — typically 5 to 10 years. We register the equipment in your name and keep the paperwork on file so a future claim is painless.

Permit & Code Guarantee
Every permitted job, inspection-passed
We pull the required permit and coordinate the inspection on every job that needs one. If a job fails inspection for any reason within our control, we correct it at no cost — and your electrical record stays clean for resale.

Included with every plan
If you are not satisfied with a plan visit, tell us within 30 days and we will re-service the issue or credit the visit toward your next repair. Cancel your plan any time before renewal with no penalty.
Warranty coverage applies to work performed by Voltage Masters Electric and excludes damage from misuse, unpermitted alterations by others, rodent or water intrusion, and acts of nature. The extended three-year member labor warranty applies to work completed while your plan is active and in good standing. Full terms are provided in your written service agreement at enrollment.
