Keep your lashes full — and save every cycle.

Great lashes are about rhythm, not one-off sets. A fill-cycle membership keeps your lashes at full density year-round at a lower per-fill rate, and the aftercare guide below shows exactly how to stretch your retention to the longest end of every fill window.

Fill-cycle memberships

Prepay your fill cadence at a lower per-fill rate, lock in priority booking, and never walk around with gaps in your lash line. Every plan is month-to-month with no contract.

Lash aftercare & retention guide

Your set is only as good as the care between fills. Follow these do's and don'ts to protect your investment, your retention, and your natural lashes.

Do

  • Cleanse daily with a lash shampoo

Use a dedicated oil-free lash foam and a soft cleansing brush every night. Clean lash lines hold extensions longer and prevent the buildup that causes premature shedding and irritation.

  • Brush every morning

A few gentle strokes with a clean spoolie realigns extensions, keeps fans separated, and stops them from crossing or matting overnight.

  • Sleep on your back or a silk pillowcase

Friction is the number-one enemy of retention. A silk or satin pillowcase and back-sleeping keep extensions from being crushed and pulled out as you move.

  • Book fills before you hit 40% loss

Topping up at a 2–3 week rhythm is far easier on your set and your wallet than waiting for a near-empty lash line that needs a full new set.

Don't

  • Don't get them wet for 24 hours

Water, steam, and sweat before the adhesive fully cures will weaken every bond. Skip the gym, sauna, hot shower, and tears for the first day.

  • Don't use oil-based products near the eyes

Oil dissolves lash adhesive. Cleansing oils, micellar water, heavy eye creams, and oil-based sunscreens are the fastest way to lose a fresh set — switch to oil-free.

  • Don't use waterproof or fiber mascara

Waterproof mascara needs an oil remover, and fiber mascaras clump extensions. If you must, use a water-based formula on the tips only, never the base.

  • Don't rub, pick, or pull

Rubbing your eyes, picking at grown-out extensions, or pulling them off takes your natural lashes with them. Let shed extensions fall on their own, or book a removal.

Your 60-second nightly wash routine

  1. Pump oil-free lash foam onto a clean cleansing brush.
  2. Gently work it through the lash line with light, downward strokes.
  3. Rinse with cool water — no rubbing, no towel-drying the lashes.
  4. Air dry, then brush through with a clean spoolie to fluff and separate.

What actually extends retention

  • A consistent 2–3 week fill cadence keeps density high and bonds fresh.
  • Oil-free skincare and makeup around the eye area dramatically slows shedding.
  • Nightly cleansing prevents the bacteria and buildup that loosen extensions.
  • A silk pillowcase and back-sleeping reduce friction loss while you sleep.
  • Lighter extensions matched to your natural lash strength last longer than overly heavy fans.

Patch test & allergy safety

If you're new to extensions, have sensitive eyes, or have ever reacted to adhesives, a complimentary patch test is strongly recommended. A small amount of adhesive is applied behind the ear or on the inner arm 24–48 hours before your appointment to check for sensitivity.

  • Patch tests are free and take just a few minutes as a drop-in.
  • Signs of sensitivity — redness, itching, or swelling — mean we adjust to a low-fume or sensitive adhesive.
  • A reaction is rare and almost always to the adhesive, not the extensions themselves.
  • Pregnant clients should check with their OB/GYN; we offer lower-fume options on request.
