If we miss a same-day window on a Whole-Home plan for reasons within our control, that visit’s dispatch is on us.

Response windows are measured from the time we confirm your request during operating hours and assume safe, accessible working conditions and available parts. Weather events and utility outages affecting the whole metro may extend windows; we will always call ahead with an honest ETA rather than leave you waiting.

Workmanship Warranty

1 year standard · 2 years for members

If a repair fails because of our workmanship, we return and make it right at no charge for labor. Care Club members get that coverage doubled to two full years on every invoice.

Parts & Fixtures

Manufacturer warranty honored

We install professional-grade parts and register the manufacturer warranty in your name — typically 1–5 years. New water heaters carry a separate 6-year tank warranty we service directly.

The flat-rate price is approved in writing before any work begins. No hourly surprises, no “it took longer than expected” markups — the number you approve is the number you pay.

Satisfaction Guarantee

100% or we make it right

If you are not satisfied with a completed job, tell us within 30 days and we will re-do the work or refund the labor. Members also get their annual dispatch fees credited if we miss an SLA window.

Guarantees cover the specific work performed on the invoice and exclude damage from misuse, unrelated failures, or work altered by others after our visit. Licensed under NC Master Plumber License #MP-48293 and fully insured — verify our license anytime at nclbgc.org. Membership guarantees are active for the plan term and require the annual inspection to be completed on schedule.
