Private & 1-on-1 coaching

Nothing sharpens technique faster than dedicated time on the mitts with a head coach. Private sessions layer on top of any membership — or stand alone.

  • Single Private Session

    1 × 60 min

    $85

One-on-one on the mitts with a head coach. We pick apart a specific area — your jab mechanics, guard, footwork, or ring movement — and give you drills to take into group class.

  • Private 5-Pack

    5 × 60 min

    $375

Five private sessions at $75 each — our most popular package for members who want to fast-track their technique. Book weekly to build a real feedback loop with your coach.

  • Semi-Private (2–3 people)

    1 × 60 min

    $120

Bring a friend or two and split focused coaching in a small group. Great for partners, siblings, or a couple of colleagues who want personal attention at a lower per-person rate.

Private sessions are booked directly with your chosen coach around the group schedule. Packages are valid for four months and are transferable between our coaching staff. Members receive priority booking on private slots.

Amateur Competition Track

An invitation-only pathway for members serious about stepping into an amateur ring. Entry is by coach assessment after consistent sparring — this is a commitment to structured training, sparring rounds, and USA Boxing competition, not a class you simply sign up for.

Who it's for

  • Minimum 6 months of consistent training with clean fundamentals
  • Cleared through coach-supervised sparring assessment
  • Current USA Boxing passbook and a passing pre-participation physical
  • Committed to at least four training sessions per week
  1. Assessment & Base Building

    Weeks 1–4

Coaches evaluate your defense, output, and ring IQ under controlled sparring. We rebuild your conditioning base and sharpen the fundamentals that hold up under pressure.

  2. Sparring & Sharpening

    Weeks 5–10

Progressive sparring rounds against varied styles, mitt work tailored to your weapons, and film review. This is where your game plan and identity as a fighter take shape.

  3. Fight Camp

    Weeks 11–14

A focused camp built around a target bout — weight management, tapering, cornering plan, and mental preparation. Coach Marco or Coach Dominique corners you on fight night.

  4. Compete & Review

    Fight week & after

We register the bout through USA Boxing, corner you at the show, and run a full post-fight review to set the next block of development — win, lose, or draw.

The Amateur Competition Track is included for Unlimited Fighter members at no extra cost once accepted; sanctioning fees, USA Boxing registration, and travel to shows are the athlete's responsibility. Placement is at the head coach's discretion and always prioritizes safety.

Beginner Fundamentals Onboarding

Brand new to boxing? This is the six-week on-ramp every first-timer follows. It takes you from a free intro session to confidently holding your own in a regular group class — no experience, no gear, and no pressure to spar.

  1. Week 0

    Free Intro Session

A 30-minute one-on-one or small-group session covering stance, guard, and your first jab and cross on the heavy bag. No credit card required to book.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Stance, Guard & the Jab

Your first two weeks of Boxing Fundamentals lock in balance, weight transfer, and a jab you can throw without thinking. We cap these classes at 16 so every guard slip gets corrected.

  3. Weeks 3–4

    Combinations & Defense

Add the cross, hook, and uppercut, then layer in slips, rolls, and blocks. You start putting punches together in combinations on the bag and the mitts.

  4. Weeks 5–6

    Rounds & Ring Movement

Train in timed rounds with footwork drills and partner pad work. By the end you understand pace, distance, and how a real class flows — ready to join any Fundamentals session on the schedule.

We loan hand wraps and bag gloves for your first few classes. When you're ready to buy your own, we recommend 180-inch hand wraps and 14–16oz training gloves — ask any coach and we'll point you to what fits your hand and budget.
