Training with a partner or two
$320 $40 / sessionCoached strength training in groups of two to four. You bring a friend (or we pair you up), share a coach, and split the cost — all the accountability of PT at a friendlier price.

Ongoing Monthly Coaching

Long-term progress & accountability
$240 per monthFor members who want a coach in their corner every week. A rolling monthly plan: one session a week, a program that updates as you progress, and unlimited messaging between sessions.

All packages are 1-on-1 with a certified Iron Peak coach unless noted. Sessions run 60 minutes and are booked through the member app. A gym membership is not required to train with a coach, but members get the rates shown above. Packages are non-refundable and personal to each athlete.

Every coached athlete follows a track built around what they want. Pick a focus, or blend them — your coach periodizes the blocks so you keep progressing instead of plateauing.

Strength Track
Squat, press, pull, repeat
A barbell-first program built on the main compound lifts and progressive overload. Whether you want a bigger squat or your first pull-up, this is the track that adds plates to the bar.
- Foundation: technique & full range of motion on the six main lifts
- Hypertrophy: accessory volume to build muscle and work capacity
- Strength: heavier loads, lower reps, tracked PRs
- Peak & re-test: deload, then re-test your top numbers

Conditioning Track
Build an engine that won't quit
Metabolic conditioning that blends HIIT, intervals, and boxing circuits to raise your work capacity, drop body fat, and make everyday effort feel easy. High energy, fully scalable.
- Base: aerobic capacity and movement efficiency
- Intervals: structured work-to-rest ratios for power
- Mixed modal: rowing, ski erg, kettlebell, and bag work
- Test week: benchmark workouts to measure your engine

Mobility & Recovery Track
Move better, hurt less, last longer
A corrective and mobility-focused track for athletes coming back from niggles or anyone who wants to train pain-free for decades. Screening, targeted drills, and recovery built into the week.
- Screen: functional movement assessment (FMS / SFMA)
- Restore: targeted mobility for hips, shoulders, and spine
- Control: build strength through your new ranges (FRC)
- Integrate: weave recovery work into your training week

Onboarding
Your first 30 days
We don't throw you in the deep end. Here's exactly how your first month with a coach is structured — assess, learn, build the habit, then re-test and adjust.
- Days 1–3
Assessment & goal-setting
Your first session is a full screen — movement, strength baselines, and a conversation about what you actually want. We set two or three concrete goals and map the path to hit them.
- Week 1
Learn the lifts & the floor
Hands-on coaching on the main movements and a tour of every station you'll use. You leave knowing exactly what to do when you walk in — no standing around wondering where to start.
- Weeks 2–3
Build the habit
Your written program goes live. We lock in your training days, pair you with the classes that fit your goals, and check in on form and recovery. The aim is three solid sessions a week, every week.
- Week 4
Re-test & adjust
We re-measure: strength numbers, mobility, and how you feel. Your program updates for the next block based on real data, and we decide together what the next 60 days look like.
Every new member gets a complimentary intro session in their first week — no package required. The first 30 days are about building a routine you'll actually keep, not crushing you in week one.
