Keep your home safe, powered, and protected — all year.
An annual Meridian Air plan pairs both seasonal tune-ups — cooling in spring, heating in
autumn — with member repair rates, front-of-line dispatch and an extended workmanship
warranty. Catch the failing part before the season it would have failed in, skip the
after-hours premium, and always talk to
a licensed master hvac. Pick the plan that matches your home.
Every plan includes at least one whole-home safety inspection a year and member pricing on
any work we do — for less than the cost of a single stand-alone inspection. No initiation
fee, cancel anytime before renewal.
Seasonal Plan
Billed annually · two visits / year
One heating & cooling system
$149per year
$258 for two one-off tune-upsSave $109 + member rates
The plan most homes need: a cooling tune-up before the first hot week and a heating tune-up before the first freeze, on one system. Manufacturers require documented annual maintenance to keep the parts warranty valid, and this is the paperwork that satisfies it.
Adds the two things people actually call about in an emergency: getting dispatched first, and not paying an after-hours premium at 11pm in January. Includes the filter changes most homeowners mean to do and then forget.
For larger houses running two systems, or a home with zoning, a humidifier and a media cabinet to keep on top of. Adds an airflow check midway through the year, because a duct problem shows up as a comfort complaint long before the equipment complains.
Plans cover residential systems at a single address and renew annually. Both seasonal visits are scheduled by us — we call you, rather than waiting to be chased. Members joining mid-season receive whichever visit is next in the calendar and the second at the following changeover.

Member Priority Service
When you call, members go to the front of the line.
A maintenance plan is not just discounts — it is a written service commitment. Members are dispatched ahead of non-members, get guaranteed response windows, and never meet an after-hours surprise on the invoice. Here is exactly what we promise, in writing.
Emergency dispatch
Non-memberWithin 60 minutes
Plan memberFront-of-line, within 45 minutes
No heat, no cooling, a carbon monoxide alarm or a furnace locking out — a technician answers, day or night.
Non-emergency service call
Non-memberNext available slot
Plan memberSame day when booked before noon
Members are slotted ahead of the general queue on the same working day.
After-hours premium
Non-memberApplies evenings & weekends
Plan memberWaived on Comfort Club and above
February at midnight costs a member the same as a Tuesday morning.
Seasonal visit scheduling
Non-memberYou call us
Plan memberWe call you, twice a year
Booked ahead of the changeover rather than during the rush, when every contractor in the metro is already committed.
Repair labour warranty
Non-memberOne year
Plan memberTwo years, three on Whole-Home
Covers our workmanship on any repair carried out while the plan is active.
No heat or no cooling right now? Members go to the front of the line — but we
answer every call live, 24/7. Call (816) 555-0193.
Response windows describe our dispatch commitment during normal operating conditions. A regional weather event — the first hard freeze, or a run of days above 100°F — puts every contractor in the metro under load; members keep their place at the front of our queue, but the clock may stretch. We will always tell you an honest arrival time rather than an optimistic one.
Warranties & Guarantees
What we stand behind, and for how long.
Meridian Air backs its work with a written workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer coverage on parts and equipment. Maintenance-plan members get an extended labour warranty and a satisfaction guarantee on every visit.
01
Workmanship warranty
1 year standard · up to 3 for members
If a repair fails because of how we did it, we come back and put it right at no charge. Members carry two years, or three on the Whole-Home Plan.
02
Installation warranty
10 years on labour
Complete system installs carry a decade of labour coverage alongside the manufacturer equipment warranty — provided the annual maintenance is documented, which is what the plan is for.
03
Right-size guarantee
On every replacement
If a system we sized and installed cannot hold the temperature you asked it to hold on a design day, we correct it — equipment, ductwork or both — at our cost. That is what the Manual J is for.
04
No-surprise pricing
Every job, every time
You approve a flat-rate price before any work starts. If the job turns out to need more than we quoted, that is our estimate to absorb, not your invoice to inherit.
Warranty coverage applies to work performed by Meridian Air and excludes damage from misuse, unpermitted alterations by others, rodent or water intrusion, and acts of nature. The extended member labour warranty applies to work completed while your plan is active and in good standing. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and generally require documented annual maintenance to remain valid. Full terms are provided in your written service agreement at enrolment.
