Momentum — Monthly

For clients who train with me long-term and want the best per-session rate. Eight sessions a month on a rolling basis — two a week — with continuous programming, no package to re-buy, and cancel-anytime flexibility on 14 days notice.

Session packages are billed up front with no separate initiation fee. Starter and Transformation packs are valid for 90 days and 6 months respectively; the Momentum monthly is rolling and can be paused or cancelled with 14 days notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited (genuine emergencies excluded — just message me). Every package begins with a free consultation. Prices subject to change.

Small-group & online coaching

Train with a partner or crew, or coach entirely remotely from wherever you are. Same individualized programming, same accountability — delivered in the format that fits your life and budget.

Small-Group — 12 Pack

Twelve sessions · groups of 2–4

$1,140 $95 / session / person

Train with a partner or a tight crew of up to four — each person on their own individualized program inside the same session. Prepaid twelve-session block at a lower rate than pay-as-you-go small-group, with coordinated scheduling for the whole group.

Best for: Couples, friends, or coworkers who want private-level programming with shared energy.

Online Coaching — Monthly

A full coaching relationship delivered remotely. Your 12-week periodized program lives in TrueCoach, you execute it wherever you train, and we connect on a weekly 30-minute video check-in. Form review from submitted videos and a nutrition framework included.

Best for: Self-directed trainees and frequent travelers anywhere in the world.

Online Coaching — Quarterly

Three months · fully remote

The same online coaching relationship, committed a quarter at a time for a lower monthly rate. Twelve weeks is exactly one full mesocycle — the block where remote clients see their first real, measurable body-composition change.

Best for: Remote clients ready to commit to a full programming cycle.

Small-group packs are valid for 90 days and require a coordinated group schedule. Online coaching is month-to-month (or quarterly) with 7 days notice to cancel before the next billing cycle. Online clients in Austin can layer in occasional in-person sessions at the 1:1 rate. All remote programs begin with a free video consultation.

Layer dedicated nutrition coaching onto any training package. Built on my Precision Nutrition Level 2 certification, this is behavior-first — no rigid meal plans that fall apart in week three. We set targets from your metabolic data, then build sustainable eating habits you keep long after coaching ends.

Every coaching relationship starts here. The intro consult is a no-pressure 45-minute conversation — in person at Embody Austin or over video — where I listen more than I talk. You leave knowing exactly what a program would look like for your specific situation, whether we end up working together or not.
