Born from a love of unhurried mornings
Priya Nair spent eight years cooking in Manhattan hotel kitchens — early mornings, perfect mise en place, and the kind of precision that never quite matches the joy of a table full of friends lingering over coffee.
In 2019, she moved to Williamsburg and opened the brunch spot she always wished existed: one where the eggs are properly sourced, the mimosas are genuinely bottomless, and nobody's in a rush to turn your table.
Today, Sunday & Always serves the neighbourhood seven days a week — slightly louder on weekends, quieter on Tuesdays, always worth the trip.
